I’m not posting anything too exciting, but I’d thought I’d share a few pictures of the DC area in the Fall. Fall is a beautiful time out here and Mount Vernon is one of my favorite places to visit so last week my roommate Sara and I went to get annual passes! It didn’t disappoint. Here’s take one of a picture out front. Apparently we weren’t the only ones with the great idea to visit Mount Vernon that day…it was very crowded because of the nice weather, so we had a little trouble capturing a good pic. This kid does not look as happy as I do to be here.

Here are my attempts at artistically capturing the fall foliage in the Mount Vernon area. Obviously it needs some work, but even still you can tell how pretty it is around here. I love it!

Love your pictures, Shaunelle! It certainly is a beautiful time of year. Missed seeing you at Thanksgiving. That’s the rotten part about growing up…reality sets in and you gotta get a job! That’s what I keep telling Kelli anyway. But that makes the reunions with family all that much more special!!! Hope all is going well for you in your GREAT ADVENTURE!
